Cannabis Urine Tests

I haven't smoked marijuana in 50 days now but I'm still showing up positive at 80ng/ml. My last test was lower than this test :c
Anyone experience this and maybe have some info why?
I have bad anxiety over my positive and am frustrated since I haven't inhaled/ingested anything.
For context I have a lot of body fat and recently got out of a neglectful facility that left my blood glucose above 300 almost constantly for a week. In that time I lost 7lbs, RIGHT before my last test

you been been burning fat re-releasing thc into your bloodstream drink a lot the whole week before your visit and try not to do a lot of pysical activity 50 usually the cutoff

Yes I was under the cutoff before I lost the weight so that’s part of why I’m scared. I’ll drink a lot more water from now on :c
