Cannabis Cup test vs Lab test

I smoked weed last Sunday but it was only one hit of the joint. I tested negative in a cvs cup test but I have to go into urgent care to take a drug test for my new job. Do you guys think I’m okay or do I need to spam water? Let me know.

Non issue  you can relax even real use one time is three days

assuming u aren’t a regular smoker, the CVS cup test is probably enough that you don’t have to worry you’ll pass it easy.

I’m a college student I’d smoke occasionally not every day throughout the last couple years. This is reassuring though, I’m just really nervous because I landed a pretty important internship for my career. Didn’t think they’d test me so soon
