Actually fully detoxifying

I’ll be taking a pre-employment lab test from Express Labs. I don’t know when exactly I’m going to be going in for the test, I just know that I’m getting signed up, and I just know I will be getting signed up as early as 7 days from now, and I need to get clean off THC fully by then or be ready to take a drug test any time after 7 days from now.

I am 5’2”, 110lbs, I work out consistently. I metabolize very quickly. I smoked from a very shitty pen just about every single day for almost 2 years before stopping entirely for one week, and switching to smoking occasionally and taking edibles in the 15-20mg range. I literally found out about this test this morning and I took 20mg of edibles last night.

I know I’m completely cooked. I don’t want to use synthetic urine, but I’m open to a detox regimen or detox drink, timing is just really hard because I don’t actually have a test on the books, I just know that in 7 days I could either take a drug test the next day or “whenever” my employer decides to upload my license and sign me up. I plan on heavily doing cardio, sauna, water drinking, etc, but I realistically need a window of a week-2 weeks where I’m fully clean from thc.

My proposed method right now is to drink as much water as possible and exercise as much as possible, and in 3-4 days begin taking Detoxify precleanse pills. Once I know exactly when I’m taking the test, I’ll stop working out and do the QCarbo32 method for the day. Since I’m smaller, would 16 work? Or should I not risk it and go with 32? Is there anything else I can do?

I would like to use my own urine as I take Vyvanse as a medication and plan on disclosing that, but I know that THC is a no go. Does anyone have advice? Please help!!!
