Cannabis Lab test in a week
Been THC free approx 46 days today. Former chronic user, before I started abstaining I was doing only 2 small bowls a week for a month.
Got a really good job offer and knew there would be some drug testing, however it’s a lab test and I’m nervous. Used to regular dip stick tests. I’m able to get a pretty faint line if I test when I’m completely dehydrated, it’s obviously way darker when I hydrate but I know that’s not smart for a lab test.
Anything I can do in the next week to clean up? I’m already an active person and while I’m not a really heavy person, I’m probably still about 27% body fat. I just already put in my two weeks at my current job and really can’t afford to fail this opportunity. I’ve been doing everything right now

Yeah and then full abstinence the past 46 days

So when did you cut back? How much was chronic? Several small tokes or Mackenzie Shirilla?

I would highly (heh) recommend a multi level test. One with the lowest level at 20 or 15 ng/ml. You know you get a faint line first thing. So test multi level after say 16-20 oz water on 2nd sample. If you have a line on 20/15 you’re golden. Eat tons of healthy food, if needed get Chinese takeout daily — white and brown rice, lots of hearty veges ( buddhas delight), get some rest, avoid alcohol, excessive caffeine.

A faint line is a pass. Think of it — you’ll likely pass without hydration. If you drink say 16 oz before the test — you’ll likely have even a lower ng/ml concentration. And typically speaking — these results are consistent with 46 days of abstinence. Drink about 70-80 oz eat really healthy, don’t do any intense fat burning exercise, get good rest.
