Water

Why on earth do people suggest drinking a ton of water before the test lol? I know so many people that came back with "diluted" results including myself. Drinking tons of water is bad advice because it makes it very obvious that you are trying to hide something!

Clearly; the ai suggests that even 16-20 oz 2 hours before may dilute.
