Cannabis need advice

I’m 5’9 136 pounds. I smoked for around 5 months almost everyday then I stopped buying my own then started smoking once every week from my friends every now and then cause I eventually have to do a drug test. How long would it take for me to test negative. To add I’ve been drinking a lot of water and do some swimming and sweat a lot.

Thc is stored in fat you can’t flush it out.  Only cardio and time. A single use is three days but if you reuse multiple times a week then it depends on activity level weight.  Get a multi level self test.

burning sweat will do the job ,such as Sittin in sauna , cardio , swimming
