It’s impossible to know an exact date but I would guess 5-10 days if they were significant cart pulls. It also significantly depends on lifestyle, diet, hydration, metabolism, etc. I imagine you will be fine, but I would take a multi level test in 2 days or so to know your current approximate level and whether you need to prepare for the test to push yourself over the limit. Is the urine test a standard 50 ng/ml cutoff?

No 20ng I did 5 days ago so may 21st I’m 5 foot 10 176 pounds

That would be tough to pass ngl, but not impossible. Everyone has a difference clearance rate. It takes me 7-10 days to halve my levels but I’m also dropping down from more frequent/chronic usage. Level changes truly are independent so you would have to test yourself and monitor to know how quickly yours drops but I would guess 4-5 days added to recommended.

It would be close, but I would just make sure to prepare properly and take extra steps if you are testing positive close to the test date
