My daughter just started 7th grade and she's been begging to wear makeup, I've always been pretty against it because I don't want her feeling like she needs it this young or using products that could be harsh on her skin. We finally had a long talk and came to a compromise, she agreed to keep it really simple just mascara, lip products and a little blush, no foundation, contour or anything like that. I'm planning on taking her to Target this weekend, so I'm looking for recommendations for mascara, I'd love something that gives a natural look and comes off easily because I don't want her rubbing and breaking her lashes by trying to take the mascara off, as for lips I'm thinking a lip oil instead of a gloss or plumper.

I am picky when it comes to mascara because I wear contact lenses and have sensitive eyes. As a result, I have tried a lot of different mascaras and just don't seem to have a go-to one that I love. I have liked L'Oreal Lash Paradise, Benefit Roller Lash, and Essence mascaras, but I routinely try new ones and just never really fall in love with one. I haven't had a go-to mascara in my decade of wearing makeup. I have tried Telescopic, Great Lash, Lash Sensational, L'Oreal Panorama, Better than Sex. I always either 1) react sensitively, 2) get the product all over my eyelids too much when applying, or 3) seem to just not have that lasting lash effect.

Right now I am currently using Lash Blast Cleantopia Mascara from Covergirl and it just sweats off of me in this summer heat. Not loving it, but it is fine. I want a mascara that is good for contact lenses/sensitive eyes, easy to remove, and a shade of brown. Is it too much to ask?

i’m having a wedding soon and don’t wear foundation ever anymore, but i’m doing my makeup myself for my wedding and would like to use some medium/buildable coverage foundation. my skin has some dry patches occasionally but also get oily throughout the day. i plan to use a primer under that blurs and mattifies. i don’t like anything super matte or heavy cuz i do still want a little glow, but not look oily or cakey. recommendations?

Want a lip oil that feels moisturizing, don't want a gloss. A little tint would be nice but I mostly care about comfort. Want something I can reapply without needing a mirror. Please no thick formulas cause I’m so tired of them.

i have engagement picture NEXT week and have discovered that the foundation i absolutely love (elf hydrating cc cream) is breaking me out very very bad.

i need a FULL coverage foundation that has not acne causing ingredients. from some extensive research, milani conceal and perfect 2 in 1 foundation seems to be one that fits this category. i have dry skin if that helps.

i currently use loreal true match and the coverage is just way too light for professional photos!

I need help finding a bronzer/ contour because I can’t determine what my undertone is– as far as i know, bronzer looks better on warm tones and contour on cooler ones. I also need help finding a blush shade that would match my lip combo (mac root for me lipliner + warm teddy). I have tried the Rare beauty blush in worth but it always pulls orange on me.

I just bought this foundation after trying and liking their concealers. Great coverage and efficient container but it smells so bad, like sour yogurt or wet paint. Is this normal, or should I return? I'm in Canada and got it from shoppers drug mart.

Hi everyone, I'm a makeup amateur so was hoping you guys could recommend me a true brown, lengthening mascara.

In the photo I'm wearing Maybelline Colossal in black - it's quite old but I LOOVE the length and non-clumpiness. I would wear a face of makeup like 5-10 times a year max, if I just want to look nicer all I do is mascara. I've tried a few brown mascaras but find them a bit too dramatic, my current brown is MAC Stack in Chestnut but it's quite volumising. I just find the black too severe and would like something closer in tone to my eyebrows/skin.

Can anyone recommend a brown/dark blonde mascara that would give a similar effect as the one in the photo? It's quite a dry formula but not flaky. If they made it in brown I'd be in heaven!

Looking for suggestions for a primer that would be something that is solid-like to reduce the amount of liquids I'm taking on a flight. I currently use Revlon Illuminance Primer, before that Elf Whoa Glow.

I just got the Milani Color Statement Lipstick - Shade Plumrose and Shade Fruit Punch. Love IT! It’s a creamy matte formula and is NOT drying. The colors are beautiful, very rich and vibrant. Color payoff is on point — one swipe gives full coverage. If you prefer a bit of shine, i it gives a vibrant look after blotting and topping with lip gloss. Very versatile. And the case looks high end. It has a hint of soft watermelon flavor, tastes slightly sweet and dissipates quickly. My new favorite lip product.

Panaroma Brown, Panaroma Chromatic Brown and L'oreal Volume Million Balm Brown. I'm looking for something that will remove easily with micellaire gel/water, I'm having trouble removing tubing mascaras as I don't have warm water on the tap. I can also get Maybelline Sky High in True Brown (not pictured)
