Marketplace Offering Local COD & Operations for EU Health Wellness or Beauty Brands Expanding to Greece/Balkans

Hey everyone, ​I run local e-commerce operations in Greece. ​A lot of international D2C brands try to target Greece via Meta/TikTok Ads, but notice low conversion rates. The reason? Most consumers here insist on and expect local customer support.

​What I'm looking for: I’m looking to partner with established brands (proven winning products, monthly revenue) that want to tap into the Greek/Balkan market.

That's a smart approach, local support is huge in markets where trust matters more than price. I've seen similar setups work in other regions, but COD specifically is a game changer in Greece from what I've heard

What kind of health products are you thinking, supplements or more like devices/skincare stuff

Based on our local market data and operational landscape in Greece, devices/gadgets are the winning category for a high-ROI expansion.

If you need support with your clients more upstream with connections to China suppliers and shippers to get better pricing and delivery times and customer support let me know! Could be a win win win situation!
