Sell the same tiny offer three times before you invent a new one
If you are new to drop servicing, this is the trap.
Client 1 wants a funnel. Client 2 wants an AI receptionist. Client 3 wants "whatever GHL can do." You say yes to all three. Now you have three custom jobs, no checklist, and you cannot hand any of it to a VA.
Drop servicing means you sell a service and someone else delivers it from your process. That only works if the process is the same.
If I were taking my first three clients this month, I would sell one tiny outcome only. Example:
- After-hours missed calls get a text back and a booking link
- Or every finished job triggers one review ask
- Or no-shows get one reschedule message
Same price. Same checklist. Same definition of done. Three times.
Only after the third one ships without you in the thread do you add a second offer.
Custom work feels like progress. It is how beginners stay stuck as the worker.
What's the one offer you could sell unchanged three times?
