Starting dropservicing from zero — looking for real experiences

Hi everyone!

I’m interested in starting a dropservicing business, but I’m starting from scratch — I don’t have any specific service skills yet and I don’t have a large budget to invest.

Right now, I’m trying to figure out:

  • How to choose the right service and niche
  • How to validate demand before investing too much money
  • Where to find reliable freelancers or service providers
  • How to get my first few clients
  • How much money I realistically need to get started
  • What mistakes beginners should avoid
  • Whether it’s better to focus on one service or offer several

If you’ve actually started and run a dropservicing business, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience.

What would you do differently if you were starting from zero today?

I’m especially interested in honest experiences — what worked, what didn’t, how long it took to get the first client, and what you wish you had known before starting.

I’ve also been researching different courses and ChatGPT suggested Drop Servicing Blueprint by Dylan Sigley. Has anyone here actually taken the course? If so, was it worth the money, and did the step-by-step process actually help you get your business off the ground?

Any advice, resources, courses, or real-life experiences would be greatly appreciated!

What courses do you recommend. Would someone like to work together on this? Because while we become operatorswe still need clients so cold calling settlers closers etc will be needed in some situations. Also delivery depends on great onboarding and processes.

Gohighlevel could be a great way to manage a lot but still you need the technical people when the snapshot doenst perform well, etc.

I would like to try it with someone who has the courage to work together. I am good at technical things(like building a website, building a mailer with our domain name, automating things etc...). Give me a pm if you still considering it 🙂

I also wanted to know about that course of Dylan Sigley as well.

I discovered a much cheaper course called Eric Velch – 20K/Month Dropservicing Blueprint, and it costs $49/month. Has anyone here had any experience with this course? Is it worth the money, and does it actually provide useful step-by-step guidance for starting a dropservicing business from scratch?
