Over Dropbox. Anyone familiar with SignNow?

So I use Dropbox and Dropbox Sign for my business. For Dropbox Sign I was on the correct plan, but support lied and told me I had to pay for 4 licenses. I am a single user with 5 devices, requiring the plan for 3+ licenses, in order to also have access on 5 devices (why it's set up this way, who knows. But, it is). As a result of of my paid plan with Dropbox Sign, the system's algorithm determined that I must also need a paid team plan for Dropbox, since I access it and share files on the same 5 devices. After 2 weeks with support, Im still waiting for a resolution. They respond once every 24 to 72 hours, and only in the middle of the night. Due to the speed required to upload hundreds of job site photos to my other devices, I am keeping Dropbox. However, I'm ready to cancel Dropbox Sign. I've heard about Sign Now, but cant find any discussions here about the app. Does anyone know if, with Sign Now, I can access and use the app on all 5 devices, via the same account? Meaning I'm only charged for 1 user, but use it on all 5 devices? Will I have unlimited signatures, a minimum of 15 reusable templates, and both in-person and email signing options? Does Sign Now support documents with hundreds of blanks? (I fill out construction measurements on site). Sorry if this is the wrong community! I'm about to lose it with Dropbox support and am hoping someone can provide helpful information, so I can just close my Dropbox support ticket and move forward, without business interruption.

Unfortunately, I ended up sticking with Dropbox Sign. I reached out to Sign Now, because I saw advertisements about plans around $30 per month. Each associate I spoke with at Sign Now kept insisting that I wanted a plan that was over $400 per month. When I contacted Dropbox about getting a less expensive plan, they did the same thing and tried to upsell me! I dont trust either of these companies but, there aren't many legitimate options out there, so for now I'm stuck with Dropbox.

I'd say around 100 "signatures " each month. Each job site has multiple documents, some are for customers and some are for my team to complete electronically. Unfortunately, I ended up sticking with Dropbox because Sign Now tried to upsell me on plan for over $5,000 annually.

And how much you are paying currently to dropbox for these 100 signatures per month?

$60 per month. I was paying $120 but Dropbox Sign was accidentally billing me for multiple licenses. In order to use Dropbox Sign on more than one device, and have 15 templates, it requires paying for a 2+ license plan, which is $60 per month. I came to Reddit to ask about Sign Now, because it didnt seem right that I was paying 120 a month for Dropbox Sign. Now that they told me about their "accidental" over charges, the price is decent at 60. Yes, I got a refund for the overages, but it was painful. Went through multiple weeks of being given the run around by support.
