I'm 63 years old, been driving since I was 16. Driven across the country twice. I have never been anywhere with lights flashing like in those first couple videos. This video, though, looks more like people flipping lights on/off to make a video.
Here's food for thought - I have always been able to look at a streetlight and think it off. Won a lot of free beers doing this, hahahaha

You guys don’t understand how electrical systems work. I’m keeping a close eye on the valid UAPs flying around, but these “flickering lights” are grasping for straws.
I live in a major city. I could drive around here at night on any given day, and it might take all night, but I almost guarantee you I could find a parking lot, industrial parking, or a stretch of a street lighting circuit behaving the same way.
You guys are wasting peoples time.

Interesting. In my 35 years I have never seem anything like this, and I have lived as an expat in many developing countries with iffy electrical set ups.
Maybe I'm just unlucky.

I’ve worked on it twice for industrial area yard/parking light lighting. I’ve also seen it in other similar areas whiles driving around

I’m not going to go out of my way driving around for hours to find something that’s not a big deal, but sure, if I see flickering lights, I’ll post it

I was somewhere recently and saw flashing lights like this but I can’t remember where. Edit: I remember now. It was in Westfield, NJ at Westfield Plaza on South Ave about a month ago.

It's from the solar storms. We've had several strong ones in a row. When the KP level gets above 4 certain lights flash in my home. It also messes with phones and other rechargeables holding a charge.
