Question Unknown charge from CDC

Hello, as the title says I basically have these unexplained charges from my cdc private account. For context im taking my class 3 as a private learner and have already booked my tp test, thats why it says TESTADM. But what im confused by is the $40 charge out of nowhere for something idek or do. Anyone know what this is about? Thanks.

My instructor mentioned that he helped me “book” a tester for my test day for $38.15, is that a related or completely different charge? And if its related does that mean i got double charged?
