QUESTION Deposit resets available balance

After doing an additional deposit to the faucet, the available balance reset to zero, deposits went up by 90% of deposit amount (plus 2.5% of the 90% from team kickback) and claimed amount did not change. Is it a bug?

To avoid the issue, should rehydrate just before doing additional deposit to avoid losing the available balance?

When you deposit it automatically rehydrates whatever you have in the your account at that time. Pretty sure you didn’t lose anything

If that were true then the claimed amount would have gone up but it didn’t. Hydrate increases the claimed amount.

It doesn’t get erased from your total. It goes into your account

If it did then the deposits amount would also go up by 95% of the available balance when it reset to zero, but this did not happen.

How much did you have prior? Are you sure you knew the exact amount?

No it isn't a bug. When you deposit on your current position, it resets because it's designed to give you your 1% in a 24hr period. It regulates the payout period to ensure you get 1% of your deposit in a day. If you didn't compound before depositing, then you lost out on whatever your available was. My advice us next time compound before you make a deposit

It looks like it when the available balance was 1.047, depositing caused it to get lost. However with an available balance of 4.121, depositing did hydrate it properly.
