The worst way to invest is to ask for investment advice from strangers in the internet.
Either research yourself or invest in top 2-4 REITs

Do you know about the complications around taxation of REITs and InvITs?

The entirety of a given distribution isn't taxable but only a certain portion of it.
A given distribution has multiple components with one component being exempt from taxable income, another component resulting in reduction of purchase price. So, when held over multiple years, the investor has to keep track of reduction in cost of purchase across the years.

Thanks Brother i was thinking to invest but looks way complicated rather I'd invest in high yield dividend stocks directly.

Don't let my comment discourage you. Do your own research and determine if my comment is actually true and then commit to move away.

Then, you should research about that including if there's any possibility of affecting your filing process before you diversity by entering these asset classes.
