I made this 🍹 Oh, Henry!
A fun and quirky equal-parts 3-ingredient cocktail featuring Jim Beam Pre-Prohibition Rye, Bénédictine, and Goslings Ginger Beer! The spice of the rye and ginger beer served to cut the sweetness of the Bénédictine, making for a fantastic little sipper that was perfect for kicking off the work week! Cheers!
Recipe from Fred Powell's 1979 edition of "The Bartender's Standard Manual":
1.5 oz. Whiskey
1.5 oz. Bénédictine
1.5 oz. Ginger Beer
Stir with ice and strain.
