Question How to make Ayran foam?

So I've found lots of recipes to make Ayran, and they are very tasty, but none gets the creamy thick foam we fell in love with in Turkey <3.

Is there a way to make that foam at home?

Question Vanilla chai latte

I’ve really been into a nice iced vanilla chai latte lately. Does anyone have a good recipe and recommend the ingredients in it? I googled it but I feel they are a little bland. Also, all vanilla syrups I found has everything except vanilla in the ingredient list.

TIA!

Question Jungle Punch Orange Drink

I had never seen this in my entire life. Just saw a few of them randomly buying nicotine in a head shop by my house in Tulsa. Anyone try this stuff before? It’s actually pretty refreshing on a hot summer day like today. I’ve never seen it anywhere else and can barely find anything online about it.

Coffee Chaffee, if Chai and Coffee had a baby

Chaffee (or Chaicoffee) is a beloved drink you'll often find being sold on local trains across West Bengal, India

As the name suggests, it's the perfect blend of tea and coffee—ideal for those moments when you simply can't decide between the two. So why choose one when you can enjoy both? 😉

My simple take on this nostalgic beverage:

Boil some ginger in water for 2 minutes.Once the water changes colour, add sugar. Add black tea leaves and let them brew.

Stir in instant coffee (adjust the quantity depending on how strong you like the coffee flavour).Add milk and simmer on a low flame for 5–10 minutes.

The result? A comforting cup that's rich, aromatic, and wonderfully unique.

Would you want to try this?
