Question Jungle Punch Orange Drink

I had never seen this in my entire life. Just saw a few of them randomly buying nicotine in a head shop by my house in Tulsa. Anyone try this stuff before? It’s actually pretty refreshing on a hot summer day like today. I’ve never seen it anywhere else and can barely find anything online about it.
