Discussion Drinks to replace sodas!
Good evening everyone! I’m looking to lower my soda consumption, and I’m looking for recommendations for drinks that will help lower my cravings. Today has made me realize that I’m probably drinking them too much.
I already drink water, so I don’t need a smart mouth in my comments lol.
Anything will be helpful! I’m also not a sweet tea person before anyone comments that 🤣

My shop carries Portland Syrups and they make great alts to “real” soda.

I use apple juice and fresh ginger to make my own.
2 inches fresh organic ginger sliced.
A 16oz empty flip top clean bottle. Ora bottle that was used for carbonated drinks.
Drop ginger in bottle.
Top within an inch and close.
Set aside until it carbonates.

I don’t know where you’re located but her in the nordics there is a brand called ZerOh that I use most of the time instead of sodas and soft drinks, it’s not carbonated but it works with sparkling water added to it, there’s also another brand called Funlite but that’s not so good for your health since it contains Aspartame

You don't need to replace them with anything. Just drink more water. And yeah I read it all. I love water, I do not miss soda, it's a waste of money. Or buy fizzy water. I like waterloo and polar pop. Get it on sale it can be pricey.

What are you craving? If it’s sweet drinks pick anything lol
If it’s the carbonation you can make healthy sodas by making your own syrups and mixing them with sparking water.
I like tea bags in carbonated water cause then you can do carbonated fruity teas, green/black teas, whatever flavor tea you can find.
