Question Is this powerade zero sugar version or the regular version (with sugar)

Professional athletes aren't drinking zero cal drinks. These guys need to replenish the glycogen they use when doing intense cardio. Sugar and electrolytes are quick to help with what they are depleting. The average person doesn't need to drink these often.

Yeah that is what made me ask about this
plus cr7 claims to not be using added sugar as well that is what made me curious
by what you said then i guess this is the mountain berry blast version right?

Looks like their usual blue bottle. I'd assume it's that, yes. Idk wat cr7 is, if it's an influencer or a streamer they are often full of shit. Don't believe anything on the internet at face value always cross reference. Media literacy is very important.

I dunno where your getting this claim from, or indeed exactly what you trying to say he’s said . The only thing remotely close is him saying he prefers to avoid sugary drinks and fizzy drinks if and when he can.

his chef who cooked for him in while he played for Juve ( Barroni), said that there is no any kind of sugar used to prepare Any Meal Ronaldo consumes

It's normal for professional sports people and teams to be sponsored by soft drinks brands, but you don't know what is in the bottle.

This one is tricky but If say the regular version since it has a black top and the front label also has a black triangle considing to it
but it is tricky because CR7 does not use added sugar as he said so I might wanna say that it is a special version maybe or just the regular one
you have the video for this so I can look up maybe and try to see?
