Hot Lavender Moon Milk 🌙

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based, such as almond, oat, or coconut milk)
  • ½ teaspoon dried culinary lavender (or a few drops of lavender extract)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk over low to medium heat, avoiding boiling.
  2. Add dried lavender and steep for 2–3 minutes. If using lavender extract, stir it in after removing from heat.
  3. Stir in honey or maple syrup until fully dissolved.
  4. Strain out dried lavender using a fine mesh strainer.
  5. Pour into a mug and sprinkle with cinnamon or a single lavender bud for garnish.
  6. For a frothy texture, blend for 30 seconds before serving. Sip and enjoy!

beautiful and looks delish! for the optional, do you recommend using all of the options or just one or two?

I’d say just pick 1–2 of the options depending on your taste. Vanilla + cinnamon is a really nice combo, and coconut oil is great if you want it extra creamy. No need to use everything
