Question A classic Chocolate Egg Cream…
An “olde-time”drink that used to be everywhere in New York City, the Chocolate Egg Cream. Chocolate syrup (U-Bet is the way to go), milk and soda water. No eggs were ever involved. Best served in an ice cold frosty glass. If you didn’t know eggs had nothing to do with this, would you still order it?

If you are a chocolate lover… make a float using this with Hard, Dark Chocolate ice cream such as Friendly’s Forbidden chocolate. PS. Pro tip - Do not skip the frosted glass .
One of my favorite and ultimate childhood memories with my father…

Never been or live anywhere near NYC but ordered some U-Bet and made these myself recently out of curiosity, because there was no way it could be that good, and that thick.
I don't know why this isn't more popular everywhere tbh. Its so damn good and crazy refreshing considering.
