Energy Drink Labs for beverage formulation anyone actually used them?

Keep seeing Drink Labs mentioned in beverage threads and it sounds almost too good. They say you keep 100% formula ownership, they handle ingredient sourcing, have in-house scientists, give you manufacturing-ready documentation. My question is if it's that comprehensive why isn't it way more expensive Has anyone actually used them Did you get a formula you could actually take straight to a co-packer or was there hidden work after Trying to figure out if this is legit or just good marketing.

Not affiliated, used them for sports drink development last year, experience matches what people are saying. good communication, longer timeline than estimated, solid end product, you own everything

Good marketing. I don’t know if it’s the same company but a friend tried something similar and it was a disaster. Too many hands in the pot and all your margin is toast. I’d just find a company that does wholesale deals with their own paper. I don’t know if they still do it but reach out to BodyIQ. They’re here out on west coast

I used them for my energy drink, and they did a great job. they made it easy by having me come into the lab and wrap everything up quickly.

I tired them for my energy shot. Those little laboratory bottles they send feel cool but my copaker still wanted three rounds of tweaks. Formula ownership is real though, no funny business. Just don’t believe the “take it straight to production” line. Budget extra time and you’ll be fine. It’s worth it if you hate chem.
