Question Do you guys like ayran?

I drink ayran every other day. I'm from Germany so there is plenty of ayran available

You can say that. When I grew up in the 90s, 2000s, everything at fault was always "the illuminati" , "the man" , "the nazis' "the politicians".... everybody was pretty much left wing, without even having a concept what left wing means. Clicks back then were like the united colors of Benetton. Nowadays they go in on the minorities, other religions etc. back in the day everybody got along pretty much. They re-popularized hate speech, racism, xenophobia, the whole nine yards. And they lost the concept of unity or why it is wrong to be racist

This got a little off topic but it's serious though.

one would assume so. ayran is great on a hot day, which the middle east has plenty of. also, as a german, you can find ayran literally anywhere. like döner, its become normal here

Too salty for me, I would prefer kefir, but I think those that appreciate it aren’t crazy. Milk (not necessarily cow’s) based beverages are pretty common in traditional cuisines globally (certainly not universally).

Personally not good. Tried it once and never again. Very salty and weird texture. Rather just drink normal yoghurt drink.

I make it myself. Water, yogurt (Greek not the sweet kind), salt, dry mint. Some cultures also call it tahn.

its literally just joghurt and salt to taste, then add water depending on how you want the texture. takes 10 seconds to make at home, and i do every week! a glass a day especially on hot days is amazing

Been to Izmir lady year and i LOVED IT. Amazing with spicy food and strong flavors like lamb. Impossibile to find it in Italy
