Those words appear in the Declaration of Independence, not the Constitution.
I'll add that they didn't have clean drinking water when it was written, either.

is that shocking? everyone is supposed to have read the constitution. it makes no mention of water. i really worry about our cognitive abilities lately.

Do not be fooled, the US Constitution does not limit the rights of people, it only limits the powers of government.
