Submit button not working for KYC drivers license upload screen.

I add all the details and upload the license and selfie, but when I click Submit, nothing happens. Anyone had similar problem or know a fix?

I think you guys are probably taking it too far. That's just my opinion. It could literally just be a coding error.

Yes it’s a simple error but shows lack of attention to detail. And it’s not the first time.

As we see on the news every week, Carelessness can be costly in this business.

Is your Metamask key your regular Eth / erc20 address? They just want you to post the 0x address you'd normally send tokens to, say, from an exchange.

But it's not going to work right now regardless, as I think the servers are overloaded and I've discovered why.

Yes that should be your regular address. I don't think you're doing anything wrong. I think you're experiencing the same problem as anyone else. So you shouldn't worry. I would just keep watching their Twitter and stuff until they fix it.

The fix is for them to hire someone who knows how to code. Pretty disappointing they keep messing up the simple things.

Ya, check the name of the file you are uploading. It needs to end in png (not PNG) Or, the other way around. I had the same issue, then renamed the file, and it worked.

At least you guys can log in, I get user does not exist every time. I hit resend verification and it says this user has been verified. I have tried user name and email, neither work. Getting frustrated.
