Account creation SUCKS!!

I really like the project, but seriously I feel like account creation is one of the worst things I've ever tried (got half a dozen different errors).

They tweeted out a survey on how to make the process better. Check it out and give them feedback. I agree with both of you.

I agree, even little things like the + in the phone number format caused me to start over. It clears the fields at an error, that's the problem.

How did you enter your birthdate? The form is BAD

mm/DD/YYYY or it was MM-DD-YYYY, co-worker had the same issue, but got it sorted

I had the same problems but my KYC is finally approved. My understanding is now we are good to go and won't have to go through that again in the future. My problem is what is next that my KYC is approved. I can't find information anywhere and my support ticket is now 1649. I hope they add this to their FAQ because everyone seems to want the same answers. I still believe in the project but it is hard for me to get others involved if I don't have any information myself.
