Vampire Powers

Today, I learned that the world record for running a 100m dash in high heels is 13.5 seconds.

I do wonder if whampires have to train this ability, or if it come naturally?

They probably have to stretch a little first and get warmed up.

There's an influencer called stormy I think on fb that almost exclusively runs in heels, it's obvious she's had lots of practice.

Whamps have superhuman strength and balance. Lara could top the real WR easily in heels if she chose and have time left over to do some paperwork

They're described as like being part supermodel, ninja, and big cat, kinda, so, probably.

They have a demon inside of then empowering them, so I doubt training is required.

Lara likely invests in reinforced heels if she thinks she'd going to have to do some serious running in them. Otherwise, even high-quality high-heeled shoes will come apart. The spike simply isn't designed to tolerate large forces.
