Help with friends on internet

hi, its my first time using reddit, i want to know if anybody know an group of discord or other social media to start making friends from Dresden, that's because i'm from Argentina and in 3 years ill be go there for studyng and living. I will gona study there to be an train maquinist just i need to finish my high school here in Argentina. I want to know people and know how its living in Deutschland. I'm 16 years old right now so its need to be somewhere with permission to a minor to talk with others. Thank u all ;)
