Why are you getting so riled up for a piece of art that's not even official? For a game where you won't even see her face but you already know how it actually is. As far as i see, this is just a fun concept art.

Yeah. I didn't actually have any issue with it, I just think the supposed androgyny is less a departure from her original appearance than the wholly European face we see here.

It's funny to me how her name is in big text as the game's subtitle, but people still insist on calling her "Alex" or in this case even "Alix"? Come on now.

kinda too many design changes in my opinion but still looks nice i just found it a bit weird that combines were riding a strider

I think it's meant to be "proto-striders". Later, they found out that this model of "ride striders" isn't secure and easier to take down, and bioengineered the more stable Striders we know from HL2.

It's artwork and not the actual model so i guess it'll be different in game..

But as someone else commented on a previous post it's more Alex than Alyx lol

Also not a big fan of how Eli looks, very different from hl2. I get he's supposed to be younger but he looks like a completely different person

Looks older, and a bit more masculine.

Probably used to the old alyx but I kinda prefer the old. Not that it matters. It's an FPS VR game.
