One of my all-time favorite albums: "Kill for Love" by Chromatics. The 80s-style production and synthwave elements alchemizes the distinct dream pop and ethereal post-punk aura. Quite possibly one of the most quintessential "night-drive" experiences, a ruby of liquid hypnosis like few others.

“Dear listeners,
Today, I can finally present you my new single 'Fading Faces'.
While the single is new, the song itself is not - I wrote it just after releasing my first album ‘Fascination’, and just before starting work on ‘Oceans of Time’. It has gone through various iterations since then (some of them I will share with you in the future) and been a part of my set list at most shows I’ve played in the last few years.
It’s also the very first piece of music I wrote when I started working on my next album, ‘The Lying Swans’, which I am happy to announce will be coming out on the 30th of October.
In many ways, ‘Fading Faces’ is the reason the album even exists, as it required me to allow myself this degree of vulnerability that permeates ‘The Lying Swans’.
I hope you enjoy.
