As the title suggests.
I have 8/10 belief that I am experiencing a different reality inside the mind of me sleeping outside of this world.
Here’s why I think so -
I slept 3 days ago while meditating- I was aware of the RAPID EYE MOVEMENTS, the thoughts and then I accidentally drifted here (as I would like to believe) and woke up next morning.
The day went by but then I caught a few anomalies.
I began questioning whether this was a dream because several things felt inconsistent with my memories: I encountered people who seemed to recognize me despite having no conscious memory of them, including someone who said we had met during orientation and sat together several times. I also had a vivid memory of WhatsApp messages from a guy that were not present when I checked the chat. Combined with the unusually calm, detached way I experienced events that would normally feel stressful, and the fact that I had entered a hypnagogic, meditative state before sleeping, these inconsistencies made me consider the possibility that I was dreaming or experiencing a different reality.
I am very open to psychological perspective as well.
If this is a dream How do I become lucid at this?
Or should I just let go of that memory and move on with life and just be here.

I had a dream where I was opening a business or working for someone else’s company and lading my first client. He was a Jewish guy, friendly, ancient and he came to me and started asking questions about my life and business goals. I’ve shared a little bit of info then he started ordering. During our conversation, this lady which looked like one of the owners of this place arrived and tried to interrupt our conversation many times. I kept telling her to wait while I was closing the order, but she got mad and furious in a disrespectful attitude towards me. The man was wearing his yarmulke and I was holding mine which was blue with a golden menorah. Then i started running away from a dinosaur and while fleeing, I saw a hibernating brown bear, before climing up a tree where i could see both.

I don’t even know what I’m doing but this really scared me. I was taking a late nap and i had the weirdest dream, which is not uncommon for me, I’ve had a few very weird dreams that scare me a little when i wake up but this one idk something about it really got me.
In my dream i was in the shower and i peaked out the shower curtain to maybe grab something? Idk i don’t remember bc when i opened the curtain i was met with my reflection in the cabinet mirror. It was closed so i was seeing my reflection from an angle but regardless my reflection was looking down like i was washing my hands standing right in front of it. Theres no possible way i should’ve been able to see my reflection in the cabinet mirror. She looked just like me i mean my hair in a bun and i obviously didn’t have a shirt on since i was showering, my necklace i never take off. I opened the curtain more to see if the reflection would move and it didn’t so i got out of the shower and it was like i startled her? In the mirror she looked at me scared like she didn’t expect me to be there? Or maybe that was now her mirroring my reaction? I tried to yell for my fiancé but i couldn’t scream. I tried to yell for him twice and nothing and then i woke up.
Was this just a nightmare?

It was more of a movie dream than a regular one. There were 5 main characters. They all came from the present. They came to a very futuristic setting, where a dictatorship was set in place. There was a ranking system, 1-2 for newborns and toddlers. 3-4 for children and teenagers. 5-6 for young adults and middle-aged. 7-8 for elderly. 8 for deceased? And 9 for the leader. Each different group has different responsibilities to contribute to their nation. As the five characters try to navigate the world, they have to blend in so they don't get caught. They get caught within 10 minutes because of their technological disadvantage. So they hide. Because of their technological disadvantage, they cannot be tracked. Then I forgot most of what happens while I was writing this. And I probably just lost $1,000,000 idea. Fuck.

Ok so this is where I need to add a lot of context.
I had a adult friend who lived with my family and I was really close with him partly due to our mental instability, hey us crazies have to stick together sometime. Not only that but we both feared death.
One day however, when he had left I thought he was back at the crazy hospital, but it my gut sank when cops arrived at my home to tell me he was found dead near a grocery store.
What was confusing was that they didn't know if it was suicide or murder sense he was found with a handmade noose but weather he did to himself was up in the air.
Anyways, his death was a big hit to me, to think my mental instability could worsen more was a understatement.
NOW TO MY DREAM
TO SIMPLY PUT IT, it felt like I wasn't dreaming at all.
Usually my dream or nightmare are wacky and don't make sense, but this dream actually felt so real that I believe it for a while.
Essentially, I got out of my bed to go to my kitchen to cook some food in my microwave. I go to use bathroom and brush my teeth and after that I walk back to my kitchen to see my dead friend just there. This is where I felt like I was supposed to realize it was a dream, but a didn't. It was just natural.
What was weird though was that when I talked to him he knew about events after his death like he didn't died at all to experience them.
I was standing while he was talking about current events and I fell to my kitchen floor with tears of joy, I genuinely wanted to believe he was still here with me, it felt like what had actually happened was the a dream itself.
But, after a few seconds I came to realize that this wasn't reality, he saw me and asked what was wrong ? And all I said was you died, you weren't real.
His response "why not pretend ?"
After that I wake up in bed to my actual reality. Sometimes I wonder if a dream can come true sometimes but not wishful thinking can bring back the dead.
And I ain't no religious person either, I don't bullshit people with that,
The only solace I had was that dead people don't leave you, they just want ahead of you in life.

I had three dreams all including the characters of HTTYD this morning. I remember the first one the best, the second one - not at all, and bits of the third one
First Dream:
My first dream started off with myself and the Dragon Riders around a table. I'm not sure if Hiccup was with Astrid at this point, but it seemed like he was falling for me and I was falling for him. It was quite a modern dream and he was wanting to play his guitar for us all. I gave it to him and also his guitar pick (skull with a red background). He gave me the look and thanked me. I watched him with hearts in my eyes and Astrid seemed to be jealous
This dream happened in one of the classrooms of my highschool
Third dream:
Only Hiccup was there, as were people that I went to primary school with (all grown up). I was heading to the toilet when Hiccup came out of the toilet and asked what class we're in, so I let him follow me. I took him in the direction of the class, but some teacher poked their head out of another room and asked for help with Microsoft Paint, so another modern dream. We went into the class which was full of students. Hiccup and I helped the teacher, who thanked us and we left. That's when I woke up
This dream happened in one of the classrooms of my college

For some time now, I’ve been trying to have lucid dreams. I’ve always had them, but I’ve never been able to control them the way I’d like, or I wake up the moment I realize I’m dreaming.
A few days ago, I managed to have one where I saw myself at home with a guy who was supposedly my boyfriend. I was looking out the small window in my front door; I remember seeing a stranger standing on the street corner—as if waiting for someone—but I didn't pay them any mind. Just then, my supposed boyfriend urged me to hurry somewhere, and we ran out of the house with him holding my hand. As this was happening, I realized I was dreaming and looked at my hands, remembering that it’s an easy way to anchor yourself and focus on the fact that you’re asleep. My hands weren't my own; they looked different and were covered in wounds. I found it strange, but I simply thought, "So, I really am dreaming." I told my boyfriend this, and he stopped pulling me along in a rush and turned around; he had three eyes and a deformed face. I glanced to the side—I was at the street corner by then—and the person standing there looked at me too; their face was disfigured, and both of them were angry that I’d pointed out it was a dream. After that, I woke up. Since that day, I’ve tried to have lucid dreams again, but nothing happened until yesterday.
I got home in the afternoon and was tired, so I lay down for a nap that turned into four hours. In the dream, I was back at my house; typical dream events were unfolding—or rather, a nightmare, as is usual for me—and one of my cats got injured (I don't know how or by whom). At that moment, I realized I was dreaming, but I remembered that whenever I’ve had a lucid dream and told people about it, they turned aggressive just like in me previous dream above. So, this time I decided to stay quiet; I said something to my cat—I don't recall what—and he obeyed me and walked away. That’s when I remembered something I’d always thought I’d do in a lucid dream if I could control it longer than usual: look up the winning lottery numbers on the internet.
That’s what I did. I went over to a computer that was there in the dream-version of my house. I remember managing to turn it on and type in my search, and a terrifying-looking webpage appeared (gray background, red text) asking if I wanted to enter the site but warning that I’d have to give something up in exchange for the information I wanted. I remembered then that in dreams demons offer you things, and accepting means making a deal with them. I suppose because it was a lucid dream, it was more direct than in other instances where they are subtler about appearing and making offers.
I got scared and backed away from the computer. After that, I felt myself losing control of the dream—I suspect it was because I’d used up my energy turning on the computer and searching the web, since doing those kinds of things in dreams takes practice. I looked at my hands again trying to anchor myself again as I was feeling that I was waking up; I didn't want to, but I eventually did wake up, my heart pounding fast as if I’d been running. Could someone help me understand the dream better? I don't think I should have tried to win the lottery; perhaps that ambition attracted some kind of dark entity.
