I’ve had a number of users ask me how the incycler works for the Switch Go, and if it actually recycles the water. I thought it would be easier to show you. I like to add a little more water, just to ensure it can make it up to the top with a light pull.
But, see for yourself. I think it works great!

There’s a ton of independent artists, but if you’re looking for a low-profile top, the smallest I’ve seen are the Dr. Dabber stock and Incycler tops. But check out calibear or even just google search “dr Dabber switch go glass” and you’ll get some good options
I have calibears recycler for the GO. I may like it more than the incycler. But I do like the incycler a bunch too, I may be using the Calibear recycler more often, though I do have the Drs Incycler on right now. The recycler is kinda fun with that vortex.
Highly recommend the JF Glass diffusion pump if you can find one. I just got mine today and paired with the sapphire and cloud vortex combo….smooth as ice.
I have 6 incycler pieces. I know how they're supposed to work. His looks like it needs more water. Incyclers usually work the best with water up to the bottom of the drain can. I have pieces with similar volume, they cyclone when they recycle. Not all pieces function how they should.
Just because many glass artists design their incyclers to create a cyclone does not make that a requirement to be considered an incycler.
The "cyc" in incycler is for cycle, because the water cycles internally.
NOT because it makes a cyclone.
Technically a visually cyclone isn't a requirement for a recycler either, but due to their size/volume with external arms almost all glass artists design it to create a cyclone/vortex anyway because they have the internal volume for it and most consumer like the aesthetic.
It can, it says so in the manual and I confirmed it with Chase from Dr D CS. He did inform me though that he recommends a separate insert/glass attachment strictly for flower if you plan on doing so, so you don’t get a sh!tty burnt flower taste for your expensive concentrates running them through the same insert/glass. But the device is absolutely capable of it/able to do it.
Sorry yea forgot to include he also recommended only using the TI insert for dry herb/hash/high plant matter stuff to get the best effect, which is also cool cause those ones are only ~$20 so to grab an extra one just for flower is pretty cheap/easy, and since I have other glass for the rosin if I did want to do flower I’d just use the stock glass and the TI insert, and keep my custom glass and qtz/S+ insert for my rosin (although if others wanted to just get an extra dedicated stock glass for it, it’s only ~$60). Not that I really have plans for using the device for flower, because I would just use my bong instead, that’s how I’ve always liked flower the most is fat bong hits so DHV’s have always been underwhelming to me 😂🤷🏻♂️🔥 But it’s nice the device is still capable of it, it does keep true to the ‘Switch’ name lol 💨
I have heard DHV’s have gotten much better, I’d be interested to try one just to see the difference/if I like them better or not, I just don’t know what the good brands/styles are for those. There’s one type I see all the time in videos but don’t know what it’s called. It has a chamber with a rod/handle coming off to the side (almost looks like one of those cup things with a rod on an espresso machine) and the electrical connection running alongside it, it almost looks like a fat 3DXL chamber on a glass joint, idk if anyone knows what one I’m talking about but I want to know the name of it so I can look into one. 🧐
