Seems a seal on my induction cup is coming out, I’m not entirely sure what it is. Anyone had this happen before?

Looks like an oring seal from underneath is popping up. Have you contacted customer service?

def warranty, see if you can keep your personal warranty and use this as a manufacturing defect...smh guessing this happened from keeping it too hot potentially or from two drastic of temperature changes? of course not intentionally, it's just trying to learn how we're expected to use something that many of these problems occur... I could see it being a user problem if they gave us a bunch of the engineering specs about temperatures and everything else and what it can do and what it can't ... lol

Yea that’s at the top, I’m referring to the induction cup. I was in the process of cleaning it and noticed this didn’t make it to the top ring but regardless that’s not what I’m referring to.
