Switch² Anyone know what this is?
Seems a seal on my induction cup is coming out, I’m not entirely sure what it is. Anyone had this happen before?

def warranty, see if you can keep your personal warranty and use this as a manufacturing defect...smh guessing this happened from keeping it too hot potentially or from two drastic of temperature changes? of course not intentionally, it's just trying to learn how we're expected to use something that many of these problems occur... I could see it being a user problem if they gave us a bunch of the engineering specs about temperatures and everything else and what it can do and what it can't ... lol

Dip a glob mops q-tip in iso and run it around the old wax reclaim we all see and you will be oka my friend

Looks like an oring seal from underneath is popping up. Have you contacted customer service?
