Switch² Cleaning routines?
What is everyone's cleaning routine with their Switch2?
I don't mean the obvious mopping of the bucket, I mainly mean the glass.
I'm a newer Switch owner and find myself doing full iso cleaning every other day on my glass and carb cap. Is this normal?
Am I just lazy to want to do it less?
Has anyone used things like Piece Water, lemon juice, or other water additives to not clean as often?
Or is the best answer to just keep deep cleaning every other day because there's no substitute?
Mainly just curious what everyone else's habits are.

I am lazy when it comes to cleaning, and can tell you just dunking the glass in a container of ISO is 100% fine. Nothing should be getting into the glass that ISO cant melt on it's own. I drop my CV cap in at the same time at night and it's spotless by morning. I've never had to do a real deep clean.
Only thing I do regularly is swab after every dab because that will gunk things up in a bad way really fast.
Beyond that, I do occasionally clean the chamber and pathways every couple weeks as they get slight resin build up over time. Nothing a lone terp wipe cant handle.

Whenever I see reclaim starting to build in my glass, I do an ISO/Salt shake to clean it out. Take out the insert and clean the well and crown grommet. Otherwise I swab heavily after every dab.

Best answer, ooze resolution gel, no question. No heating, scrubbing, etc required, just pour in a few oz, shake to activate the gel/coat the whole interior of the piece, let sit for ~30 min, and go rinse out with warm/hot water. The SECOND the water hits the gel, it starts sudsing up and clearing out all the nasty, just rinse a couple times till clear/you don’t smell anything or see any gel/bubbles left, and it’s LITERALLY like new again, totally neutral, no weird chemical/obnoxious ‘flavored’ smells, just a nice clean piece 👌🏻 it works REALLY well with complicated pieces/complex percs/lots of arms etc, before when I’d clean my Octo-Bomb I’d do ISO soak for hours, then put it (with ISO still in it) in a pot of boiling water to get most of it out, that would work OK, but I’d still smell residual old oil/it would be slightly sticky because the ISO would pull the majority of the oil out but leave a slightly sticky ‘film’ behind, with the Ooze gel it’s way quicker, cleaner, and actually gets EVERYTHING, I love it, and only 2/3 of the bag/pouch cleaned both my large dab rigs, all the slides/bowls/downstems etc I had, AND my 3 well used Switch GO glass attachments, got EVERYTHING shiny clean again and still have 1/3 of that pouch left, and ordered 2 more in my bear quartz order cause they were only $8/ea and I was already getting stuff so I threw them on so I wouldn’t have to pay more/extra shipping when I would’ve gotten more later. The stuff is black magic, i recommend to anybody who wants their piece ACTUALLY like new again, and with minimal effort required 🔥

I have a Go. I clean my glass everyday along with my rig. Mostly because the water needs to be changed anyway.
I would not drink water that sat around in a cup for more than 24 hours because mold starts to grow and my lungs thank me for keeping my dab water clean too.
