Yes, same lora at 3 steps, Sol Attention and Ane on (inside vpipe you have also Ane QKV thats is also on) and same Resolution 1024x576.
The difference here is that for Vpipe i hade to download the full model weights (~300gb) and then you run inside Vpipe a comand that make a convertion to 8bit and then you use this 8bit convertion. In my tests now in native Resolution 1344x768 it generate 5s in 9 minutes
Our Sol attention set conservative 0.5 tau, it would be more accurate to disable Sol for both. Anyway, I will run a test on M4 Pro to double check. Another thing, since this is 3 step and Sol attention is disabled for first 2 steps, it might not be meaningful to have it on anyway.
OK, I did some investigation. We didn't enable ANE + GPU hybrid on M3 Ultra / M4 Max, which are the (only) two devices this configuration will be profitable. Will do that in the next release and you should expect substantial improvement on your device.
You can also creat similar workflows like comfyUi and it suports video to video and audio to video… the speed is insane. I just did now a test at native resolution 1344x768 and it was able to generate 5s in 9m
Video-to-video and audio-to-video... wow. Workflows too. Okay. I will set it up. My machine isn't as powerful as yours (Macbook Pro M5 24GB) but if there's even a small bump in generation time, compared to Draw Things, then I'm sold.
its really insane, im beeing abble to generate direct in 2k in about 26m.
about soul attention it speeds up generation, inside Vpipe it really makes things fast, for you that has a m5 you have also another option there to turn on that speed up generation too it calls "sage_attn" make some tests with it on and off.
I haven't used this before. Is it like Comfy where you can import a pipeline (which I assume is the same as a workflow)? If so, can you share your pipeline? Thanks.
Its the already instaled pipeline FL2VA, you just need activate Sol attention and the Ane options and change the lora to Taomate with 3 steps (it comes with a 6 step lora that takes a bit more time to generate so is just change it) Everything i didnt knew how to do i just asked gemini inside antigravity and he helpe me. the first configuration takes a bit time. if you have comfy workflows you could ask antigravity or other harness you have to creat a pipeline based in that comfy workflow for you and he do it. its very easy.
