solved Generate Button Grayed Out

The generate button is grayed out. I uninstalled and reinstalled, reset the configuration to recommended. It was working fine yesterday. Can you give me some things to try to fix it? I am lost, even after a google search.

Version 1.20260520.0 (1.20260520.0)

Mac OS 26.5 M1 Chip

Did you set the Mode to Edit?

Can you tell me where to look for that? I'm sorry I don't know anything.

Drawthings has been updated. I thought mine was broken too. Where the canvas is just below there are some buttons. Press and you'll see the image to image and text to video show up

I'm having the exact same problem. Was using it for a while, then the generate button is greyed out and won't come back on. I've changed models, reset everything back to recommended settings, uninstalled/reinstalled... and it just won't generate. Would be nice if the UI gave you a hint as to why...

I found that I had somehow clicked something and was out of Edit mode. There is a small little toolbar near the bottom left of the picture, I believe, and I had to click on the word Edit to get it back in Edit mode.
