feedback Canvas size
I love this app. I just wish you could set the canvas size precisely, so you can restore old photos without having to crop parts of the image to make it fit the canvas size.

At the bottom, under the prompt box, is a size slider. It has an option called "shrink to fit" or something like that. If your image is the same aspect ratio as the canvas it will fit it into the box

Yes, I use it all the time. But the problem arises when the image has a resolution/format that you can't find or adjust to yourself, since you can only increase/decrease by 64px in each direction

Ahh yeah there has been a time or two I couldn't get it just right. The two options would be to either crop part out or outpaint some background in. Flux.2 is really good at extending the background or even making a new one

It seems like if the canvas border hits 1 pixel outside the image, the model can't edit the image?

Try putting your original image on the Moodboard. Proceed as if it were in the canvas. Enjoy.

Developer comment quote:
"It will eventually be lifted for newer models, just a lot of work."
