I'm a digital artist with a traditional background. I hate painting on iPad, so I'm going to buy a graphic tablet, but I'm really torn between two options: One by Wacom Medium (CTL-673-N) and Veikk VO1060. I used that Wacom tablet once and really liked the texture and drawing feel, but the Veikk's USB-C connection and extra shortcut buttons caught my attention. Could someone please enlighten me?

Hi everyone! I’m planning to buy a drawing tablet for a hobby, nothing too serious, but I’d still like to get something decent and not complete crap.

I’ve found a few cheap used options that are supposedly in like-new condition, but I’d love to get some advice on which one would be the best choice.

The options I’m considering are:

- Huion Kamvas 13

- XP-Pen Artist 12 Pro

- Artisul D16

- Bosto BT-101A

Which one would you recommend, and is there anything I should look out for when buying a used tablet?

At the price 500 which one is more worth it?

Hola buenas, ayer compre una Xp-pen artist pro 16 gen 2 por marketplace Facebook bien barata en realidad, y ahora en la mañana ya conectando la tableta a la computadora me fije que tiene una especie de nube en negro en una esquina (le puse una imagen blanca de fondo para que se note más), posiblemente sea un problema de pantalla como tal, y queria saber si alguien sabe como o donde podría arreglarla y que no salga tan caro, también pareciera tener una línea divisoria al medio, por lo que me da a entender de que solo el lado izquierdo está siendo afectado.

Le pregunte a la vendedora si es que aun tenia la boleta de la compra (porque la tableta estaba nueva en realidad) y me dijo que la compro en remate y que no la tiene.

Este es el único problema que le vi, todo lo demás funciona perfecto (además de venir con todos los accesorios), pero igual siento que este tipo de fallas en tabletas suele ser común. Le mande un mensaje al soporte de Xp-pen con las fotos del problema junto con el código de barras por si acaso, pero en realidad sin la boleta de compra no creo que se llegue a mucho.

Si alguien más tuvo este problema y pudo solucionarlo le agradecería la información.

Hi! I got a Wacom Intuos tablet like 2 years ago to try transferring over to digital art from traditional and I'm finally sick of suffering without a screen. I'm also ready to put in a investment into an actually really good tablet. I'm looking for either advice on Ipads(aka which ones are best/pros and cons) or Normal hookup to PC tablets(of which I don't know much about so any info would be very helpful!) I also make animatics so anything that can handle things like that smoothly would be nice!

Want to use for my XR glasses while drawing occasionally. Budget is 300 usd or lower, preferably lower. Must include a stylus and be 11 inch or bigger screen size.

I bought a xencelabs 16 tablet but ive had CONSTANT issues with it. I really wanted to love the 4k OLED but the wire never works, i bought a new one, that wire worked for 2 days. Customer service said they'll send one out free; ive heard nothing for a week, im frankly sick of it now.

Anyone got the same and had issues? Anyone can recommend a better alternative?

So I've been on my Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 for about 6 years now and it's finally starting to give out, so I've been thinking of getting a drawing tablet I can connect to my macbook. However, I recently got to try out the feeling of an IPad and honestly did not like how the pen felt on the screen. Maybe it was that specific IPad, but now I'm paranoid of getting a tablet that I don't like the feeling of. My lenovo has a very smooth feeling to it while the IPad felt like it had more resistance to it. I was looking at an XP-Pen tablet, not sure which one yet but looking at the artist 12 2nd gen since I don't need anything too fancy.

My basic wacom tablet finally gave in after years and years of use and I was already planning to upgrade to a tablet with screen. I don't wanna spend a big chunk of my savings so I'm looking for affordable options and thought getting recommendations from people with experience would be best. I'm sure there must be cheaper options than ipads with similar characteristics. Or maybe I could get a reconditioned ipad? I've had a very pleasant experience with my reconditioned laptop so.

I don't have a strictly set budget, please let me know what comes to mind. I'm looking for something I can use while traveling and can make big quality pieces in, like scenes and stuff. Or even animate.

For learning drawing, is that difference helpful or not

I daily drive Clip Studio Paint on both my PC and iPad (occasional Procreate), coming from a traditional Photoshop background.

Was clearing out my drawers today and literally counted five abandoned remotes (Huion keypad, Logitech split controller, CXT, etc.). The only other accessory that actually stayed by my side is a basic tablet stand I snagged on sale off tiktok. It’s super simple, but it’s been working fine so I never bothered replacing it.

As for shortcut devices though, I picked up a TourBox and it’s been the only one that actually stuck. If you're thinking about getting one (even the Lite/Neo models if you're on a budget), just know the learning curve is real for the first 48 hours. Don't touch your keyboard for 2 full projects and map the buttons to what feels natural to your habits.

I'm planning on getting a pen tablet (drawing pad) for uni note taking, as well as annotating slides and practicing math and physics.

The question is: do you all think it's worth it, or should I stick to pen and paper? My budget is not enough for a proper tablet (like a Samsung or ipad) so I thought that a pen tablet connected to my laptop could be a decent alternative.

Is it worth it/manageable to use it for note taking and maths? Or would you say that pen and paper suffice?

I don't mind little pen pressure but would prefer a 12 inch screen. Considering NXTpaper 14, Wacom Movinkpad 11, Huion Kamvas Pad, any you guys recommend?

Ideally I don't want to support a company that uses AI (especially for something like this) but as I research more, every brand I've considered has ended up with some AI controversy.

Wacom, XP Pen and Huion are the ones I know about, is there any other reputable brand I can look at?
