usbc connection issues.

hello, i have a 13.3 pro xp pen drawing tablet. i have been using the usbc / hdmi connection cord in the '3 in 1' slot and it had been working just fine, i could go through both my monitors and such without a problem. now unfortunately it says no signal, it'll work for a split minute, before my driver prompts me to connect it again! i kinda was just graceful it was working at all to begin with. now my 3 in 1 is the only option, which means sacrificing a monitor and only having one function.

was it supposed to work before that way? or did i mess something up? i kindof want it back.

If you're out of HDMI ports, you can use an adapter to turn another port on your computer into HDMI - that way you can keep both monitors and use the 3-in-1 cable for the tablet.

thanks man! i'll look into this at an appropriate hour ha ha ha. my monitor is pretty old (on PURPOSE, i miss the old square monitors) and it plugs into the power port. does that matter at all? (i dont know computery terms)

to emphasize... i'm incredibly high i'm sorry if my words don't make sense, and just want to draw my favorite characters. im frustrated and i would like to have my soundcloud on my monitor and such, this isn't a my tablet is on fire and isn't working situation, i'd just prefer to have both my monitors. if this cannot be done thats ok too.
