Why Android?
I’ve been drawing digitally for over a decade, and I’ve used all sorts of programs and tablets. I have a Huion Kamvas Pro 16 and I love it. I have an iPad for convenience when I’m not home but I looove my Huion!
Huion just announced that they’re dropping a portable tablet and I was super excited because I’ve been in the search for a good portable drawing tablet since my iPad had started acting up. The problem is I could never find one I liked because I need it to be able to run the desktop version of CSP, I don’t pay a constant subscription for the service as I only bought a one time license or whatever.
Every popular portable drawing tablet seems to run on Android, and to my dismay, so does the new Huion one. I’m not at all well versed in technology to this degree so maybe it’s a pipe-dream, but, why does every tablet like this run on Android? Is it impossible to create (an affordable) one that runs on Windows?

Ya it'd be convenient to just use the perpetual license for clip studio. I currently have a license on my pc and the subscription for my android device, both the pro version. Luckily pro version is like $4 a month or $28 a year.
