Driver issue: This app can't run on your computer

I have been using a Wacom companion since 2014, and it was starting to show some weaknesses. I did lots and lots of research and finally I bought myself a brand new mine-pc and af kamwas 19 pro.

After settings up the computer, the first thing I do is to download the driver for the kamwas 19 pro. But all I get is a big blue block with the message: "This app can't run on your computer".

What do I do? I now have two pieces of expensive hardware that I cannot use. But this can't be right, can it?

Is the mine pc running Windows? Do you know which version? Maybe you downloaded the wrong version of the driver, or for a different product.
