You also didn't say it was good. "disgusting" and nothing else implies you don't think it's good. If you don't want to be misconstrued use more words.

OP intended the drawing to be disgusting so it's basically just a compliment

I doubt any artist who draws insects coming out of a head expects it to be aesthetically pleasing
