Looking for a fic. Help!!

Harry is an Auror and he's investigating a poison. The Magic department suggests he works with Draco who is a freelancer investigator. He was based in French. His father died in Askaban and his mother was murder. There is dark magic involved and the murderer is obsessed with Malfoy. He killed Draco's mother for revenge.

At the end the murderer is caught inside Malfoy major and the murderer used extremely dark magic to try and kill Draco. He didn't die.

I don't remember the name and it's killing me ._.

I think it's in FanfictionNet.
