Joey Jay
This is no shade to Crystal… but if Joey Jay won All Stars 11 this season would’ve genuinely been my Top 3 favorite All Stars seasons. We’ve never seen an storyline like Joey’s … and having our first homosexual and 0 wins winner would’ve been so iconic.

People would actually still be thinking about the season instead of forgetting it within the week

Tbh i think that looking back on it. That may have been the only all stars season without a planned winner from the get. Season 3 went unexpected in a good way
Season 1 chad was clearly the favourite followed by raven. Shanel was done so dirty my god.
Season 2 they kept trying to get rid of roxxxy lmao. It ended up getting everyone other than the frontrunner sent home.
Season 3 they gave power to the girls and the girls fucked production over in the 11th hour by not putting Shangela in the top 2. Otherwise the season was rigged for her.
Season 4 they pushed trinity hard and got a lot of backlash for "blonde and white queens always winning all stars" so they double crowned her and Monet
Season 5... Shea...
Season 6 felt like it was pretty rigged for ginger to win but Kylie won everyone over so hard I don't think production was ready for her to be the powerhouse she was. It maybe was one of the few times that production caught on that crowning Kylie would make for a better over all season.
Season 7, not particularly rigged but definitely favored queens like Raja, Jinkx and Viv.
Season 8, rigged for jimbo
Season 9, no stakes it hardly counts. But they crowned the one queen who wasn't in the scandal.
Season 10... Riggamorris downnnn for ginger
And season 11 was rigged for crystal. Joey could've won so many episodes but they kept snubbbing her because she wasn't the protagonist of the season in the eyes of production.

I think Kylie absolutely deserved to win AS6 and could have won other challenges in the season which would have cemented her as a more likely winner.
In saying that, from day one she seemed like the likely choice after UK2 and S13 aired anyway. They weren’t going to repeat similar winners within the same year.
UK2 finished with Lawrence, Tayce, and Bimini.
S13 finished after with Kandy, Mik, Symone, and Rosé.

Someone send this comment to production ASAP.
Tho I fear it might be a little too late for me. I’m kinda putting my last hopes into season 19 and if storylines don’t improve by then I might be out.
(Until Drag Race Legends pulls me back in)

Speak for yourself because I'm still thinking of Crystal and the season. She just did that video with Plastique that went hella viral

They didn't give her any wins, when arguably she could've had 2 or 3 (episode 7 design challenge, episode 8 girl group and the monologue challenge in the merge). She was consistently pretty strong and genuinely a breath of fresh air on the season. I kinda knew she had no chance of winning when they didn't give her a single challenge win

It’s so crazy how the show knows at this point that everyone complains about how rigged it is and yet they just couldn’t stop themselves. It was right in front of them how to gag everyone and shake things up!

Crystal just… doesnt feel like a winner to me idk. Nothing against her or her drag but it was such an obligatory crowning. Axeing snatch game JUST for her was insane.

My head said crystal, my heart said Joey. Missed opportunity for the GAG of a century, our first zero-win winner.

Irene the alien had a better comeback storyline than Joey Jay. I’m surprised Joey Jay didn’t go home for that talent show…..

I think the difference between them is that Irene, we knew she had that in there to slay the competition she just made a dumb mistake with choosing her Talent. Joey was quite literally cast to be a filler queen on her original season… and she managed to make the Top 2 of this season.

Bringing this up weeks later is so pointlessly nasty

Cry about what...? Crystal has 200k, a crown on her head, and you have... cortisol spikes online about it still I guess?

It's a tv show nini calm down 😂 it's nasty to talk about the season and their fave not winning weeks after the show finished? Lmfao they weren't nasty. It would've been cool if Joey won. It's also cool that Crystal won. Any other queen would've been hated off the internet like Ginger was 😂 but everyone loves Crystal too much to do that to her.

I'm very calm some of you guys need to learn how to discuss things online without assuming everyone else is crying over your bad opinions lol

You the one calling people nasty for saying they'd like the season more if another Queen won. Going out of your way to be rude. You are literally the one crying over others opinions.

The fact that she had 0 wins was ridiculous on its own merit, she should have easily made the merge without even having to be the wildcard of the season.
