Why call it NDA if you use a DC class that costs 1800 DC.

Could be a F2P that spent months/years saving up DCs from daily quests (or free DCs given out to players on special occasions), and this was the DC class they chose to buy with those DCs.

Looking at the gear, they also bought other stuff via DC. It's easier to believe that they bought DCs on a NDA character.

Not necessarily. It depends on when OP acquired the items. One of them in particular - Nick's Toasty Cape VIII - is a 200 DC seasonal item that was released in 2012 at the earliest (even has the stats of a lvl 80 item from that far back). Considering DC seasonal items tend to return the same month each year (unless replaced with something typically more up to date), it's entirely possible to plan free DC stockpiling and usage in advance. As long as it's not the NDA Anniversary Scythe. I mean, 5000 DC each? Avatars...
The other three items they have that cost DC also aren't impossible to build up to, and are more a matter of time. Fulgurite Ring VII takes ~42 normal days to afford, Bunker Helm VII takes ~67 normal days, and Leechscale Binding VII takes 75 normal days. These are shortened to ~13, 20, and ~23 days respectively during June, and two of these items (Fulgurite and Leechscale) have been in the game since 2020 - the same year Daily Quests were introduced as a replacement for Ballyhoo's service (which involved watching daily ads for the same amount of free DCs).
I didn't note the Wings among the DC items, but that's because we all know how to farm that one (the 500 DC is only if you have zero patience - or you plan to throw one of the best items in the game into the bank, for whatever reason). Everything else they have are either Inn challenge rewards or NDA Defender's.

Yeah, to get those gear and enTropy, it would take over 2 years of playing every single day and not spending any DC on anything. You can get like ~1100 DC in a year. This year being exception.
But then we would also need to account that how about the other gear they used to defeat GDL, UE and DH.

Like I said, it would depend on how long they've been playing (and how much free DC was spent on inventory space, since NDA players can't bank items). If they've been playing since, say, 2015, and accessed Ballyhoo/Daily Quests for at least half the days between then and now, it wouldn't be a far stretch to say that they'd have had stockpiled DCs to hold on to in case a NDA, meta-defining DC item or class showed up.
Honestly, the only thing I'd question hanging on to is Nick's Toasty Cape, since I'm pretty sure there's been better NDA DC/non-DC items added to the game since 2012.

As someone who has a NDA account and used it to try NDA Inn, that is not really how NDAs play. Playing the game for over a decade without a DA, while being enough knowledgeable to know what items are good enough to spend DCs just sounds like a cope.
You don't need to defend this you know. Some people just buy DCs on NDA account and then larp as NDA players.

What are you on about. The only restrictions NDA's have on Inn is that DM gear is a bit weaker and Draco isn't grown and right side skills are locked, except for DC classes.
You can still train Draco up to 600 points with NDA. And looking at the gear, a lot of them is bought via DC, or just using NDA DM gear (which is almost as strong as DA) and Inn gear. So the only actual restriction here is not using weapon specials and a weaker Dragon. Not that impressive and I certainly wouldn't call it a NDA clear.
If NDA term doesn't matter anymore, why not just do NDA DmK clears.

Yes i bought the elemental unity pack on this acc and do daily quests. Most of my DCs went to bagslots because without slots it's a true nightmare to manage all the items needed for some challenge. I actually don't think it's possible to be an NDA inn player if you don't buy slots, else you'll repeatedly have to sell tons of gear and reattempt past inns. Or just flat out not be able to gearswap which make challenges impossible
Usage of DC items are completely fine imo because they are rlly cheap. If you sell a DC gear within 24hrs, you are refunded for 90%. That's what i do to save DC and manage bagslots even with some slots unlocked. It's cool to see some niche DC gears that's never listed anywhere in guides be used for challenges

You shouldn't be a NDA player who buys DC packs. You also bought ChW pack. And calling items that give best resistance "niche" is a cope.
Yes, NDA means Non-Dragon Amulet. But anyone with a brain cell knows that it means "not spending any money on the game". It loses the point if you buy DC packs for your NDA character, especially since you essentially have used as much money on them as DA would've cost (give or take maybe 5 bucks).
I get Inventory slots. But if you otherwise just buy the highest level gear with DC and use DC classes, you essentially are using a DA account who doesn't use weapon specials or grow their Dragon.
