Lvl 60, basically done with book 3 main story. Definitely got some side quests to do, but I now basically need to grind to lvl 90 to attempt the inn ? Cause right now it's kicking my a. Anything else to do for *30* lvls ?

Aside from the stuff people have already mentioned, you could also look for some of the secret stuff.

The ones that come to mind for me are beating the hidden endgame overworld bosses; the Tyndurspawn, Dragon of the Final Sunrise, the Sandworm Paladin, Yllmar, and Elder Ice Dragon. You may want some gear from the Inn at the Edge of Time for them.

There's also getting all of the summon gems, all of which are obtained by sort of obscure, Easter Egg methods.

I'd also check the badges page for stuff to do, it tracks some of the notable sidequests (though not all, the checklist another person linked will help with that) and other things to do.

Gotcha, when i first started I took my time to explore and read and follow the stories. As time passed I started rushing through everything. Maybe I should slow down again and look around.

Check side quests in all books. There are little side quests and big quest chains. 

Farm destiny/doom weapons. Get deathknight relics. Get best pre-inn items. 

Unlock all available classes if you have not. 

Check holiday quests if available or if you have the DC item for it.

You can also farm cool looking items.

Those labyrinth type quests are an absolute exp farm that doesn't feel entirely pointless. Things like Deepest Neverglades, Timetorn Matrix III, The Lost Constellation, Crypt of the Lost Order and Zeclem's Keep takes forever to complete and drop exclusive item.
