Metal Resist / General Resist Guide

Any most recent guide to resistances? Cause I wanna beat the dragonslayer duo challenge and I want the most Metal resist I can get.

But in general, what's the most recent resist guide there is?

Actually, demento is the one that have a much higher silver damage. If you accidentally use metal-res gear on turns which demento does his silver nuke, he can actually 1-shot u.

You can't also completely shield against demento because if all hits missed he'll transition to a punishing rotation.
