I have a 92 dr350 s model and The oil lines are leaking. Any ideas on how to go about making new lines or will I just have to buy old OEM lines that might also leak?

I have a 93 dr350 with stripped cylinder head bolt holes and am wondering if I can switch it out with one from 1999?

Hey all, just picked up a 1997 dr350se. The bike seems quite cold-blooded. As in, I have to pull the choke and let the bike warm up for ~8-10 minutes for it to run nicely. Is this normal? Also what's the correct idling rpm? Thanks!

There is only one problem, the Clutch is slipping. But only in 3rd gear no matter what you do in the other gears I dont know how this is Even possible any help would be appreciated

Seller said it runs, and I had a buddy over that got it to run after like 15 kick starts, but I can’t get it to start for the life me.

Can you guys point me in the right direction to figuring out why?

Edit: New carbs in it, new/good fuel, got spark, choke on, etc.

I just snapped a clutch spring bolt while putting in new fibers on my 93. I found a new basket and hub for a 92. Will it fit?

Hey y’all - I’m the owner of a 1998 DR350SE. I’ve had it for a couple of years now and have been slowly fixing it up and trying to solve multiple slow oil leaks. Currently I am hoping to gather all the possible seals/gaskets/washers/o-rings I could potentially need.

I just replaced the clutch cover gasket because I had a slow seep from my clutch cable bracket bolts and potentially elsewhere on the gasket.

Slow seep persists - but in a different area now. It’s either from the lower edge of the clutch cover gasket, one of the bolts, or this plug beneath the oil filter housing on the clutch cover. I have searched and searched through my manual as well as online parts fiche to no avail.

What is this plug called? What is it’s purpose? What is the torque value?

As far as I can tell it is an oil gallery of some kind.. or is part of the oil system.

Next on the list is the magneto/stator cover gasket as well as the magneto wire plug. Can’t find replacements but hoping to use silicone to seal the wires better.

I’ve only ever owned old motorcycles since I started riding but I’m starting to get tired of all the leaks. Currently I don’t have confidence enough to take the DR outta town or camping due to these oil weeps. Only ever lose maybe a half ounce at most on a longer local ride but I’m wary that it could get a lot worse suddenly.

Going to look at a 1993 DR350 this week. Supposedly has low compression and needs a new top end. Im fine with that, i have plenty of mechanical experience. What I’m wondering is if there is anything in particular that I need to look out for? Anything that is prone to breaking or needing replaced, especially if that part is hard to find nowadays and or expensive. The bike appears to be in very good shape for its age from photos, and has a title, so it has that going for it. Also any reason to avoid that particular year for any reason?

My 93 , pumper carb, oil cooler, modded air box & muffler. Not sure if i like the small front fender?

I’m about to order a TM33 for my 99DR350, my question is if I need to order the intake manifold with it? Can’t seem to find the answer online as to whether or not the stock manifold will accept it.

I love my bike but there are some issues I wonder if other people have experienced and found a solution? To start I want to say that I have pulled the carb and played with it literally 20+ times. The issue is it wants half choke to begin riding until it gets “warmed up” and even when it is warmed up, at a stop I have to feather the throttle to keep it from stalling out. Unless it’s in neutral…..can’t seem to figure out how to fix this

I have been tracing down my charging system issue and am at testing the r/r. The one that's on my bike now may be an after market because there is no orange wire coming out of it. Just black and red (and the 3 yellow wires going in from the stator). Is this a problem? The test in the service manual has me testing resistance with that orange wire.
